Data Analysis of Two-Phase Flow Simulation Experiment of Array Optical Fiber and Array Resistance Probe

To solve the problem that traditional single-probe instruments cannot accurately measure gas and water holdup, domestic design of array holdup measuring instrument Array Optical Resistance Tool (AORT), composed five sets optical fiber probes resistance probes, is carried out in both gas–water oil–water. Simulated measurement experiments were conducted under different cut phase flow. Through analysis experimental data, response relationship between probe AORT fluids was obtained. Then, data conditions fluid, flowrate experiment compared by drawing. Interpolation algorithm used to perform two-maintenance imaging, finally image with pictures flow pipe recorded during experiment. The results show has a better low conditions, high which consistent theoretical analysis. imaging diagram pattern are good agreement. It can be seen accuracy measured test verified, provide technical support for further carrying interpretation future, as well improvement on-site testing.
